SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days (varies by destination)
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
3. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking details within a few days, please contact us at info@wyldeensemble.com.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship to international destinations outside the United Kingdom.
Once we do, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply in their country.
These are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
5. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are beyond our control.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help you open an investigation with the courier.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
WYLDE ENSEMBLE is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
